The website located at tinymonster.co (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Tiny Monster (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Certain features of the Site may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, or rules, which will be posted on the Site in connection with such features. All such additional terms, guidelines, and rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set forth the legally binding terms and conditions governing your use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you accept these Terms (on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent) and represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms. You may not access or use the Site if you are under 18 years of age. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not access or use the Site.

1. Purchases & Orders

1.1 Order Information
To complete a purchase, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, shipping details, and payment information. You agree that all information provided is truthful and up to date.

1.2 Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity, unauthorized use of payment methods, or pricing errors (including typographical or system-generated mistakes). In such cases, we will notify you and issue a refund if applicable.

2. Access to the Site

2.1 License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2.2 Restrictions
You may not:

  • Reproduce, sell, or distribute the Site’s content;

  • Use the Site to develop a competing service;

6.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims relating to the Site or your use of it is limited to the greater of $50 or the minimum amount required by applicable law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return within 30 days from the order date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Your original receipt & order number must be provided as proof of purchase.
  • The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Be cautious when trying on to prevent marking the leather.
  • Sale items and items sold on promotion are non-refundable. If you choose to return a promotional item, we will deduct shipping and handling fees.
  • Personalized items (such as the alphabet letters for our Signature Collar) cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • If you claimed a free gift(s) with your order and return your items for a refund, the free gift(s) must also be returned.
  • Tiny Monster reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit or items that are not in their original condition. If this is the case, the package will be returned to the customer, and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by Tiny Monster.

Return Shipping
You will be required to pay for your shipping costs if you return your order for a refund. We will deduct a flat rate of $15.00 from your refund and provide a return shipping label.

8. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Site following such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
